Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance/Accounting, or Engineering.
• Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables).
• Exceptional analytical ability to translate data into business decisions.
• Experience delivering presentations and reports for multiple projects.
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional CFOs and Market Managers to develop strategic market plans.
• Act as thought partner to Market Managers on key business decisions.
• Conduct analyses to identify opportunities to improve results.
• Participate in month-end close and resolve data issues.
• Prepare for business reviews with senior management.
• Manage expenses and run disciplined market oversight.
• Provide executive-ready results, presentations, and analyses on demand.
• Organize complex information with design-driven Excel/PowerPoint visuals.
• Develop mock-ups and dashboards for management presentations.
• Assess talent with data analytics and robust sales processes.
• Contribute to ongoing enhancements of internal sales management processes.
