Job summary

JPMorgan Chase seeks a Regional Business Manager in Wealth Management to translate data into clear stories for senior leaders. You will support two Regional Directors with forecasting, reporting, and prioritization, driving execution across the region.

You will partner with Field Finance and leadership to improve performance, develop executive-ready updates, and manage budgets. Strong communication, advanced Excel/PowerPoint, and experience with analytics tools are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with relevant field experience.
• 7+ years in finance, consulting, analytics, or strategy.
• Ability to translate data into executive-ready insights and actions.

Responsibilities

• Translate analytics into insights, decisions, and actions for Regional Directors.
• Provide strategic analysis and business management support with Field Finance & Business Management.
• Monitor regional performance and drive process improvements.
• Maintain headcount and expense forecasts; support budgeting discipline.
• Build reporting to improve visibility and bottom-line outcomes.
• Prepare quarterly business review materials and executive updates.
• Perform ad hoc analysis and support cross-regional initiatives.
