Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years in finance, consulting, analytics, or strategy.
• Strong written and verbal communication; executive-ready storytelling.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Understand financial principles and connect actions to results.
• Proven ability to build collaborative relationships and influence.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities; travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Translate analytics into insights, decisions, and actions for Regional Directors.
• Provide strategic analysis and business management support with Field Finance and Business Management.
• Monitor regional performance; identify drivers of results; suggest process improvements.
• Maintain headcount and expense forecasts; assist budgeting and expense discipline.
• Build and enhance reporting and performance tracking for visibility and bottom line results.
• Prepare quarterly business review materials and executive-ready updates.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and support cross-regional initiatives as needed.
