Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience delivering presentations and reports for multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional CFOs and Market Managers to develop strategic market plans.
• Act as a thought partner to Market Managers on key business decisions.
• Analyze financials to identify opportunities to improve results.
• Participate in month-end close with the WM finance team and resolve data issues.
• Prepare for business reviews with senior management.
• Manage expenses and monitor market performance.
• Provide high responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests.
• Organize complex information for management presentations and dashboards.
• Develop mock-ups for reports and dashboards for management use.
• Work with Market Managers to assess talent using data analytics and metrics.
• Enhance and modify internal sales management processes.
