Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance/Accounting, or Engineering.
• Intermediate to advanced MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables, Nesting formulas)
• Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize data for acute business decisions
• Proven experience delivering timely, high quality presentations/reports for multiple projects
• Ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders and drive agenda/plan/change management
• Demonstrated leadership; capable of making challenging decisions

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional Chief Finance Officers and Market Manager(s) to develop strategic market plans
• Develop and present strategic insights about the market and align with goals to priorities and initiatives
• Act as a thought partner to Market Managers on key business decisions
• Conduct analyses from financials to understand business goals and identify improvement opportunities
• Participate in month-end close with the WM finance team and resolve data issues
• Partner with regional CFOs to prepare for business reviews with senior management
• Run disciplined expense management and market analyses
• Provide quick, high-quality responses to executive ad-hoc requests for results, presentations, and analysis
• Organize complex information for strategic, compelling management presentations and dashboards
• Work with Market Managers to assess talent using data analytics and develop sales management processes
• Implement ongoing enhancements to internal sales management processes
