Epicor is seeking a Regional Vice President, Sales to lead enterprise software strategy, accelerate new-logo acquisition, and drive sustainable revenue growth across a defined region. You will own revenue, quota, and forecasting while aligning with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to deliver durable business impact.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of progressive software/B2B sales leadership experience.
• Up to 50% travel required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise software sales strategy and execution for the region across verticals.
• Own regional revenue, quota, pipeline, and forecast accuracy with risk assessments.
• Build repeatable new-logo acquisition for cloud, subscription, services, and education components.
• Develop relationships with C-suite in target accounts and lead ROI/ business-case development.
• Establish sales-process governance, qualification standards, and CRM discipline.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Finance to align go-to-market.
• Recruit and coach regional sales leadership; set expectations and succession plans.
• Lead pricing, negotiation, and deal strategy for material transactions.
• Identify regional risks and lead change initiatives to scale the sales model.
