Menzies Aviation seeks a seasoned executive to base in Jamaica, overseeing regional ground handling operations. The role drives strategy, performance, and profitability across stations, ensuring safety, compliance, and service excellence for airlines and airport authorities.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in aviation leadership, strong P&L discipline, and proven ability to lead large diversified teams within a 24/7 environment, while advancing a safe, compliant culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 10+ years leadership in aviation ground handling or airport operations with P&L responsibility.
• Experience managing large diverse workforces in 24/7 operations.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute multi-station/regional strategies for ground handling services to align with objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day and long-term operational performance including staffing, equipment, process optimization, and service delivery.
• Monitor KPIs such as on-time performance, mishandled baggage, turnaround times, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead regional commercial agenda and identify opportunities to expand service scope and clients.
