Job summary

JetBlue Jamaica, NY is seeking a Supervisor, Airport Operations to lead the Airports Crew in delivering safe, efficient customer service and gate operations on-site. The role requires coaching teammates, maintaining safety standards, and partnering with internal departments and business partners to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

Three years of customer service, sales, or airline experience
Able to stand for long periods and work variable hours
Proficient in written and verbal English
Willing to travel and handle weekend shifts
Ability to obtain/maintain SIDA badge

Responsibilities

Monitor and enforce safety and security programs at the station
Lead and oversee hospitality delivery and JetBlue Promises
Coach and train Crewmembers for development and growth
Brief Crewmembers and report shift information to the Crew leader
Support management in operational strategy and cover supervisor duties
Direct and coordinate Crewmembers with stakeholders during operations
