Job summary

CLEAR is seeking a Vice President, Operations - South to lead airport operations across the South region from Miami. You will drive security, member experience, enrollment, and profitability while shaping a high-performing culture across a large frontline workforce.

In this role, you will coach Regional Directors and General Managers, execute regional growth plans, and align senior stakeholders. Travel up to 75% will be required as you partner with airports, aviation partners, and internal teams

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive operations leadership in large, 24/7 environments.
• Proven ownership of P&L, forecasting, labor and cost management across multi-site ops.
• Ability to lead through leaders and build accountable, high-performing teams.
• Strong customer experience focus with measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Own operational and financial performance across CLEAR’s South region, including security, member experience, enrollment, sales, labor, and profitability.
• Lead Regional Directors and General Managers, building leadership depth and accountability.
• Drive regional growth by optimizing airports, supporting new launches, and accelerating product adoption.
• Partner with People, Training, Compliance, Finance, and other teams to improve execution and experience.
• Represent CLEAR at executive levels with airport and aviation stakeholders.
