Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Regional Vice President of Affordable Housing Operations to lead a portfolio of residential properties, guiding Regional Managers and their teams to success. The role focuses on compliance, client satisfaction, and strong internal leadership across the region, with travel required to support operations and growth.

You will oversee budgets, capital projects, and performance while fostering collaboration and a culture of accountability.

Qualifications

• Experience leading regional teams in multifamily housing operations.
• Strong client engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of LIHTC and/or Section 8 policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead Regional Managers and teams, setting goals and guiding professional development.
• Ensure compliance with housing laws and regulatory requirements across the region.
• Oversee budgets, capital projects, and financial performance of the regional portfolio.
• Develop and nurture client relationships and drive regional business opportunities.
• Travel 25–50% annually to properties, conferences, and client meetings.
