Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Regional Vice President to lead regional operations across a portfolio of properties. You will guide regional managers, ensure financial stewardship, and align with client objectives through proactive asset management and strategic direction.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and stakeholder communication to drive performance, optimize budgets, and deliver value for clients while partnering with HR, Marketing, and Capital Management teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate management or related field
• 5 years in property management leadership, with at least 4 years in multi-site leadership
• 3rd party management experience
• Business Development experience preferred
• Knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, variance analysis, and financial forecasting
• Skills in organization, prioritization, time management and multi-project handling
• Strong customer service focus and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications and PM software (Yardi, RealPage, Entrada) and revenue management tools (LRO, Yieldstar)
• Ability to communicate effectively, lead large teams and recruit top talent
• Strategic thinking to drive efficiency and manage complex portfolios

Responsibilities

• Lead Regional Managers and on-site teams to meet performance benchmarks and operational standards
• Streamline processes and enforce adherence to company policies
• Conduct monthly client reviews to discuss financial performance and asset strategies
• Lead visits and calls with clients to address underperforming assets
• Chair weekly meetings and oversee training to improve team skills
• Set goals for direct reports and support professional growth
• Oversee portfolio financial health, budgets, rents, and concessions with regular reviews in Tableau and Salesforce
• Approve purchases and manage cash flow for distressed assets
• Collaborate with risk management to mitigate issues and inform clients
• Coordinate with Capital Management and Facilities on projects and timelines
• Assist development of new business analyses and transition of communities
