The role emphasizes budgeting, forecasting, and performance improvement with strong leadership. Expect 25–50% travel annually to visit properties, attend industry events, and coordinate regional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
• Experience as Regional Manager in multifamily and/or student housing.
• Proven track record of managing teams and client satisfaction across multiple properties.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead Regional Managers, set clear goals, mentor staff, and foster succession planning.
• Build strong relationships with ownership groups and identify growth opportunities for the region.
• Oversee day-to-day regional operations and financial performance, ensuring standards are met.
• Communicate updates on performance and lead regional problem-solving initiatives with stakeholders.
• Enhance resident and client experience, act as brand ambassador, and engage with local industry groups.
• Travel 25–50% annually for property visits, conferences and training.
