Ashley Furniture is seeking an Area Visual Manager to lead showrooms across 3–4 stores, ensuring DSG standards for guest readiness and consistent presentation. You will mentor Visual Designers, coordinate with the Regional Manager, and travel regularly to supervise store showcases.

The role emphasizes execution of lighting, staging, and product placement while maintaining strong communication and organizational discipline in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
• Ability to communicate visual merchandising direction effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop a consistent presence and communication with the Visual Designers in 3–4 stores.
• Review showroom presentation to meet DSG standards for guest readiness.
• Travel 4–5 days per month for store visits and coaching.
• Train and develop store Visual Designers in area.
• Maintain continuous communication with Regional Visual Manager.
