MeeDerby in Atlanta, GA is seeking a hands-on Regional VP / Market Leader for our Light Industrial Staffing practice. You will build and lead the Atlanta market, combine strategic vision with hands-on coaching, and partner with key clients to close business.

This player/coach role rewards leadership, business development, and a willingness to be on-site with clients. Base salary is $125K–$160K with uncapped commissions, a car allowance, and strong benefits as you scale the branch.

Qualifications

• Must be Atlanta-based and able to be in person with team and clients.
• Experience leading staffing or professional services teams is a plus.
