Job summary

Petfolk is seeking a Regional Business Partner to support 15–25 Petfolk Care Centers across a growing network. You’ll develop leaders, standardize operations, and drive regional performance while coaching teams with data-driven insights.

The role emphasizes building scalable systems, guiding daily huddles and end-of-day reviews, and collaborating with HQ to implement strategic initiatives. Travel up to 10% is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in veterinary, healthcare, or service-based operations.
• 3+ years managing 10+ multi-site locations (preferred).
• Strong understanding of high-performing veterinary workflows.
• Comfortable using data and metrics to guide decisions.
• Excellent communicator and relationship builder.
• Aligned with Petfolk’s mission to raise the bar in pet care.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Petfolk Care Center leaders and coaching practices.
• Ensure consistent use of operational playbooks and monitor KPIs.
• Partner with Finance and Strategy to identify risks and solutions; forecast regional needs.
• Model and reinforce the company SWEAT values in every interaction.
• Support new PCC openings and scalable, company-wide initiatives.
