Petfolk is seeking a Regional Medical Partner to oversee medical quality, growth, and culture across multiple PCCs. You will coach doctors, support staff, and work with operations to ensure top patient care and client experiences while achieving financial success.

You will lead medical excellence, mentor teams, collaborate across departments, and may practice clinically a few days each month. This leadership role requires an active vet license, substantial experience, and an entrepreneurial

Competenze

• DVM/VMD or equivalent veterinary degree with active license and DEA registration.
• 8+ years in veterinary medicine with 3+ years in leadership (multi-site preferred).
• Strong business sense and ability to coach others to results.
• Excellent communicator and cross-department collaborator.

Mansioni

• Lead and mentor Partner Doctors and associate veterinarians to foster clinical excellence.
• Drive medical quality through record auditing, compliance, and training.
• Grow the business with operations and BI to hit revenue and growth targets.
• Collaborate with Talent, HR, Marketing, and Finance to recruit and launch services.
• Hands-on clinical practice several days each month.
• Champion Petfolk’s mission and uphold high ethical standards.
