Job summary

Companion Pet Partners seeks a Regional Director of Operations to lead and optimize operations across our veterinary clinic locations in Arizona and Texas. You will report to the Chief Operating Officer and oversee substantial P&L responsibility while driving operational excellence and growth across our multi-site network.

This remote role requires 70% travel, hands-on leadership, and the development of high-performing teams to ensure exceptional patient care and client service standards across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive leadership experience in multi-site operations, veterinary or healthcare preferred.
• Licensed DVM in good standing, preferred.
• Experience managing P&L and achieving financial targets.
• Experience leading teams of 50+ employees across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize operations across veterinary clinic locations in Arizona and Texas.
• Oversee significant P&L responsibility while driving growth and operational excellence.
• Develop high-performing regional teams and ensure exceptional patient care and client service standards.
• Travel 70% across Arizona and Texas to provide hands-on leadership at each site.
