Job summary

Lessen is seeking a Regional Relationship Manager to oversee client portfolios and vendor networks across the real estate ecosystem. You will analyze data to align vendors to client geographies, champion cost efficiency, and drive performance and profitability.

Responsibilities include vendor negotiations, data-supported decision making, and proactive relationship management with clients and partners. Travel up to 40% is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or greater.
• 4 years of experience in Construction, Quality Control, Customer Service, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Develop negotiation strategies and negotiate with vendors on price, delivery, terms, etc.
• Provide supporting data and analytics to inform vendor selection decisions.
• Conduct vendor performance analysis and manage vendor relationships to reduce risk and maximize value.
• Understand client objectives and needs through regular assessments.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support organization-wide vendor initiatives.
• Support project teams with market issues and front/back-end project previews.
• Travel up to 40% as required.
