Job summary

Lessen, a tech-enabled property services provider, is hiring for a procurement/ sourcing analytics leader in Scottsdale. You will negotiate with a broad vendor base, provide data-driven insights, and manage relationships to optimize costs and performance across a large property portfolio.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, leadership development, and ensuring compliance with sourcing policies while driving continuous improvements and cost savings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years' in facilities, supply chain analytics, or procurement experience.
• Proficient in people management processes, including recruitment, performance management and reward.
• Experience building and scaling a team, including org design and resourcing.
• Strong coaching and development skills for team members.
• Familiar with cross-functional collaboration and influencing stakeholders.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Experience with Tableau, HubSpot, Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop negotiation strategies and negotiate with vendors on price, delivery, terms, etc.
• Provide data and analytics to support vendor selection decisions.
• Conduct vendor performance analyses to optimize the vendor base.
• Identify client objectives and perform regular needs assessments.
• Manage vendor relationships and leverage internal resources.
• Drive cost savings and value through strategic sourcing and negotiations.
• Keep up with market trends, buying techniques, and policy changes.
• Support leadership with department objectives and performance reporting.
• Ensure audit trails in sourcing processes for internal controls.
• Identify process, tool, and policy challenges and implement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with sourcing strategy and company policies.
• Develop and deliver leadership presentations on strategy and issues.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments on catalog pricing.
• Meet with internal departments to align vendor strategies with goals.
• Handle moderately complex issues and escalate as needed.
• Mentor and coach team members; maintain confidentiality of data.
• Travel up to 20%.
• Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned.
