• Set service priorities in the territory.

• Diagnose vehicle performance problems and coordinate repairs or alternatives.
• Coordinate with outside suppliers to synchronize vehicle repair.
• Coordinate after-sale service or warranty programs.
• Provide information to measure results and assess risks of work plans.
• Organize training to help customers resolve mechanical issues.
• Balance customer expectations with internal procedures.
• Stay up-to-date on technical developments to guide customers.
• Collaborate with Coach Sales Parts Sales and network locations.
