Job summary

Norm Reeves Dealerships is seeking a Regional Variable Operations Performance Manager to drive KPI progress across its dealer platform. This role is field-focused, spending 70-80% of time in stores coaching GSMs, Sales Managers, and Internet Managers to improve the selling process, CRM discipline, and used-vehicle turn.

You will report to the Regional VP and help scale the playbook enterprise-wide while maintaining action plans with clear accountability and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in progressive automotive variable operations, with store-level impact.
• Experience leading GSMs and Sales Managers at high-performing stores.
• Strong CRM utilization, tracking, and coaching ability.

Responsibilities

• Coach field leaders on selling process, floor management, and coaching their teams.
• Evaluate sales process from first contact to handoff, in field.
• Validate CRM usage against standards; monitor lead & appointment metrics.
• Monitor Internet performance and used-vehicle turn across stores.
• Lead KPI analysis, build action plans, and drive store accountability.
