You will coach the team, optimize pricing, inventory, and vendor partnerships, and create opportunities rather than merely reacting to opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of GSM/GM experience.
• Proven track record of an outstanding CSI.
• High energy and professional appearance.
• Personable with strong leadership presence.

Responsabilités

• Select, train, coach, develop, and retain top talent across the variable operations team.
• Serve as deal creator by engaging daily sales activities and driving performance.
• Motivate sales team to increase market share, turn-rate, and profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Engage with 3rd party vendors and digital platforms to maximize spend/ROI.
• Interpret analytics to optimize spend on every platform.
• Lead Used Vehicle Department including inventory, pricing, and reconditioning.
• Manage showroom, e-commerce, and phone traffic; control expenses.
• Analyze business performance and develop action plans for improvement.
