Job summary

Eaton is seeking a district sales leader in the United States to manage a customer base, sales resources, products and channels to market. You will guide a sales team including professionals, reps and the distributor channel to achieve growth in sales and market share, while developing talent within the district.

You will drive strategic account plans, lead negotiations and coordinate cross-functional input to win profitable business and advance channel development across assigned accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum seven (7) years electrical industry sales/marketing and/or engineering experience.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Boothwyn, PA; Moon Township, PA or New York, NY will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

Responsibilities

• Manage account relationships and resources up to C-level to win profitable business.
• Coordinate executive meetings and clear relationship roadblocks.
• Develop and coordinate an implementation of a strategic sales plan with cross-functional input.
• Manage execution of the strategic account plan with monthly, quarterly and annual status reporting.
• Lead account opportunities identification, pursuit and closure across products, systems, solutions and services.
• Lead key account negotiations including terms, pricing and SLAs.
• Establish annual and quarterly business goals/quotas for the global account team.
• Conduct account marketing analysis to understand customer needs and objectives.
• Provide voice of customer feedback for product development and CRR activities.
