Eaton Corporation is seeking a Lead Service Sales Engineer within 50 miles of Syracuse, Amherst, Clifton Park, or Rochester, NY. This role focuses on selling Eaton’s electrical services to various market segments while managing customer relationships and providing technical sales support.

You will collaborate with internal teams and distributors, prepare quotations, and drive growth for Eaton’s service lines. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum five (5) years of electrical sales or field service/ electrical industry experience.
• Possess and maintain a valid & unrestricted driver’s license.
• Ability to travel 50% of the time.
• No immigration sponsorship or relocation offered for this position.
• Candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius of Syracuse, NY; Amherst, NY; Clifton Park, NY; or Rochester, NY.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers in different market verticals and provide solutions to electrical problems.
• Maintain regional responsibility for all services orders and opportunity activity across Eaton’s market segments.
• Train and empower channel partners and manufacturing agents to sell services to end customers and contractors.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on the services offerings and coach the organization in the region.
• Prepare and present quotations to customers with support from the technical application team.
• Deploy growth strategies to ensure sustained success of Eaton’s services product lines.
