Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Jersey City, NJ seeks a Regional Manager to drive strategic growth and delivery across large utility programs. This role oversees multi-million-dollar portfolios, ensures customer success, and leads cross-functional teams in Power Generation, Transmission, Renewables, and Digital Utility Transformation.

You will manage P&L, travel to client sites, and partner with regional leaders and HQ to align regional plans with global objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Computer Science is required.

Responsabilités

• Achieve operational excellence and manage resources with a focus on customer experience.
• Develop and implement regional business plans aligned with global objectives.
• Build relationships with regional leaders, customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Lead and coach cross-functional teams across services, support, and engineering.
• Ensure effective communication between regional teams and HQ, and resolve issues.
• Participate in on-call rotation and travel to customer sites.
• Monitor regional performance metrics and drive corrective actions.
