Huntington Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Region Sales Manager to lead a team of Sales Advisors and Team Leaders in the assigned region. You will develop and execute a sales strategy, mentor the team, and coordinate with Market Presidents and senior executives to meet Treasury Management goals.

The role calls for senior leadership, collaboration across lines of business, and engagement with high-level clients and industry groups to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of banking experience including 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement a sales strategy for the Treasury Management region and ensure execution.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to Treasury Management Team Leaders, Sales Advisors, and Sales Analysts to achieve goals.
• Engage with Market Presidents and senior executives to align regional activities with company strategy.
• Build executive-level relationships with target clients and COIs and represent Huntington Bank in Treasury Management industry groups.
