Job summary

Huntington Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Advisor II to acquire and develop profitable treasury management relationships, while retaining and deepening existing customer connections. This role emphasizes prospecting, proposals, and cross-selling within a collaborative banking environment.

You will partner with regional teams, structure product pricing, and drive sales metrics through regular plans and reviews.

Qualifications

Three+ years banking experience with a focus on treasury management/cash management.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (4+ years) in banking/treasury.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
CTP or other professional designation preferred.

Responsibilities

Prospecting and developing treasury management relationships.
Pricing and structuring treasury products; preparing customer proposals.
Builds internal relationships with regional partners and relationship managers to drive TM opportunities.
Cross-sells other bank products and monitors competitor offerings for improvements.
Proactive management of Banker relationships with 1:1s and relationship plans.
Track weekly/monthly sales results and ensure timely data entry and accuracy.
Assist outbound calling initiatives to offer new solutions and position Huntington as primary banking relationship.
May mentor Treasury Management colleagues.
Acts as a positive change agent as Huntington evolves products and strategies.
Performs other duties as assigned.
