Job summary

Stryker seeks a Trauma Sales Associate to support surgeons and healthcare professionals with precision and urgency across a broad territory. You will travel 80-90% and bring expert knowledge of trauma products to every operating room, ensuring product availability and effective use during procedures.

You will build lasting relationships with surgeons and hospitals, train teams on product features, and align sales plans with customer needs while maintaining inventory and compliance in fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years’ experience in a clinical healthcare or sales role.
• 1-2 years sales or medical industry experience, Trauma/Ortho sales preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and databases.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to build relationships with surgeons and hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary backup contact for territory sales representatives as requested.
• Attend surgeries to ensure product availability and instruct surgeons on product use.
• Work with sales teams to deliver excellent customer service and develop relationships.
• Identify needs of new prospects and develop appropriate responses with the sales team.
• Learn features and benefits of new products and tailor promotions accordingly.
• Coordinate with manager to assist in on-call case coverage needs.
• Comply with AdvaMed and all laws, protect assets, and maintain integrity.
• Assist in account problem resolution and maintain product knowledge.
