Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Trauma Sales Representative to work with surgeons and healthcare professionals, becoming the resident trauma expert and delivering product knowledge to meet customer needs.

You will organize materials for operating room consultations, manage inventory, and provide credible guidance on products and competitor offerings to impact patient care. This role requires field readiness and strong relationship skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years experience in a clinical healthcare or sales role (or a combination of the two).
• 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of selling products or services, including marketing strategy and tactics.
• Excellent organizational skills and proficiency with MSOffice and databases.
• Experience building relationships with surgeons and hospitals.
• Comfort in emergency/operating room environments.
• Willingness to attend outside-hours meetings as required.
• Adheres to compliance and AdvaMed by protecting information and assets.

Responsibilities

• Sell Trauma products to surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Become resident trauma expert and provide advice and training on products and tools.
• Organize materials and solutions quickly during operating room consultations.
• Maintain inventory of products and support customer needs.
