Qualifications

• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with performance management experience.
• 10+ years’ experience in logistics or transportation.
• Undergraduate degree is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and DOT hours-of-service understanding.

Responsibilities

• Maximize profitability of dedicated fleets through planning and execution.
• Exceed customer expectations with superior service and logistics solutions.
• Grow dedicated and third-party revenue within the region.
• Provide a safe work environment and promote safety.
• Manage administrative functions and reporting for management and customers.
• Develop and lead Transportation Managers with strong communication.
