Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking a Regional Training Manager to lead field talent development and instructor-led training in the Miami, FL region. You will manage MST, SMT, and DM training programs, certify trainers, and coordinate quarterly certification sessions with district partners.

The role requires 3–5 years of training experience, strong facilitation skills, and travel up to 12 days per month, with a focus on aligning learning with the company People Plan and governance strategy.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of training and facilitation experience in HR, business, education or equivalent.
• ,
• Experience in coaching and/or certification is preferred.
• Education: High School Diploma required; undergraduate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Model Store Trainers (MST) and ensure certification across districts.
• Oversee Store Manager and District Manager training programs and certification.
• Consult with regional partners to plan training deployment and needs.
