Job summary

KIKO MILANO is seeking a Field Executive Training Manager – South East Region, based in the Miami area. This role drives commercial performance, operational excellence, and education across Macy's Shop‑in‑Shop and Freestanding Store locations in the South East.

You will lead onboarding, product knowledge, artistry, and leadership training; coach store leadership to improve selling behaviors and customer experience; and support openings, relocations, and initiatives while traveling frequently and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management or fashion, preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of multi-unit retail leadership experience in beauty, cosmetics, fashion, or specialty retail.
• Experience managing Freestanding Store (FSS) and Shop-in-Shop (SIS) models.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, profitability, and KPI performance across SIS and FSS locations.
• Analyze business performance and develop action plans to maximize sales and operations.
• Lead education strategy, onboarding, and product knowledge programs across the region.
• Coach store leadership to improve selling behaviors, customer experience, and performance.
• Support openings, remodels, and other initiatives; travel frequently.
