Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a Regional Training Lead to oversee onboarding and continued training for Falcon Complete analysts across assigned regions.

You will manage regional coordinators, ensure timely completion of training paths, and coordinate with Curriculum Developers to keep content current. Qualifications

• Experience in training, enablement, onboarding, or related operational roles.
• Demonstrated ability to manage people and drive accountability across distributed teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to track training progression and metrics.
• Experience analyzing data to uncover deficiencies, trends, or readiness gaps.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across time zones and global teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional training coordinators and team trainers, ensuring alignment to Training & Onboarding processes, SOPs, and expectations.
• Oversee onboarding and training for all new hires in your region, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience and timely progression through required learning paths.
• Support maintenance and evolution of training content by updating materials as processes change and tracking content health.
• Provide real-time training and system support within the region, contributing to follow-the-sun coverage for key platforms.
• Partner with Curriculum Developers to support content creation, maintenance, and regional alignment.
• Monitor training data to identify knowledge gaps, trends, or performance challenges and propose interventions.
• Support intake and prioritization of regional training needs aligned with broader strategy.
• Maintain communication with regional leaders and cross-functional partners on progress and upcoming initiatives.
• Ensure adoption of onboarding standards while tailoring delivery to regional workflows.
• Maintain documentation and training records to support transparency and continuous improvement.
• Deliver hands-on training or facilitation as needed.
