Job summary

Avanath Capital Management, LLC, is seeking a Regional Training Manager to lead onboarding and ongoing professional development across our communities. You will develop training curricula online and in classroom settings, align with policy standards, and coach staff to improve asset values through effective performance coaching.

Travel regionally is required. You will partner with the VP of Education & Program Development, ensuring timely updates to onboarding materials and mentor programs while

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Yardi.
• Knowledge of LIHTC and Tax Credit qualifications strongly required.
• Experience in training or managing teams (5+ years) preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.
• Ability to interact with executives, vendors, staff and investors as needed.
• Travel within region is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and train new associates in a classroom environment when hiring permits.
• Record online training for courses that do not require interaction.
• Maintain a new hire mentor program.
• Coach new staff to translate classroom knowledge into practical skills.
• Establish training schedules and provide monthly evaluations to managers.
• Monitor customer service survey results and address issues with properties.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and partner with stakeholders for improvements.
