Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, SAP BTP AI Engineering to lead AI innovation, engineering, and delivery across SAP S/4HANA transformation programs in MedTech, Innovative Medicine, and Enterprise Finance, based in Raritan, NJ. This role will drive the ERP AI SDLC and scale Generative AI capabilities to accelerate transformation and value realization.

Qualifications

12+ years of technology experience with SAP enterprise platforms.
Proven leadership of large-scale transformation programs.
Strong knowledge of SAP BTP, S/4HANA, and AI-enabled SDLC.
Experience with governance, security, and responsible AI.
Certified in SAP BTP or SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead SAP BTP AI Engineering supporting S/4HANA transformations.
Drive architecture, development standards, reusable services, and delivery frameworks.
Partner with S/4 transformation teams to scale high-value AI use cases.
Ensure AI capabilities progress from experimentation to production-grade enterprise solutions.
