Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must hold CDL Class A or B.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable MVR.
• English comprehension assessment required before interview.
• Willingness to travel and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with coworkers and customers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, FRA requirements, and company policies.
• Handle and transport track materials and equipment using appropriate devices.
• Perform track maintenance, repairs, installations, and removals as needed.
• Maintain the trackbed, ballast handling, and related tasks.
• Operate equipment safely to drive spikes, tighten track bolts, and use pullers as needed.
• Additional duties may be assigned.
