Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers in Northern Virginia is seeking a Regional Behavioral Health Technician to support our Reston region clinics. This full-time role involves delivering TMS and esketamine therapies in outpatient centers, with travel to Ashburn and Fairfax as needed.

You will monitor patient responses, maintain EHR records, assist with scheduling and billing, and participate in specialized training in TMS and esketamine.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related Human Services; and at least the equivalent of one year of healthcare work or internship.
• High School Diploma, an Associate's Degree, or equivalent clinical certification, plus relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EHR systems (AdvancedMD and Salesforce preferred). Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Travel to all centers in the region; reliable personal transportation is mandatory.
• BLS certification provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care: administer TMS and esketamine, monitor patient responses, record psychiatric scales, and address discomfort.
• Maintain accurate EHR, handle scheduling, check-in/out, and financial procedures; ensure patient well‑being.
• Assist with insurance and billing processes to support operations.
• Extensive regional travel to Reston and other Northern Virginia centers is required; reliable transportation essential.
