Qualifications

• Proven title and escrow sales leadership experience.
• 3+ years in title and escrow sales leadership.
• 5+ years in consultative title and escrow sales.
• Ability to recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent.
• Experience creating accountability frameworks that drive performance.
• Strong consultative selling skills (SPIN or similar).
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Strong financial acumen including forecasting, pipeline management and budget oversight.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Based in Colorado, willing to travel Colorado & Utah.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional growth with strategy to increase revenue and market share across Colorado and Utah.
• Translate objectives into actionable sales plans with clear priorities and targets.
