Job summary

Florida Title & Guarantee is seeking a Title Sales Representative to cultivate relationships with real estate agents, lenders, escrow firms, and builders to generate recurring title and escrow business. You will provide personalized service to clients and expand the book of business through ongoing engagement and marketing materials.

The role requires prior B2B sales experience, strong presentation skills, and the ability to travel daily within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in business administration or related field; or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Three years prior successful business-to-business sales experience.
• Real Estate industry experience preferred.
• Title and/or escrow knowledge preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with agents, attend meetings, and build the book of business.
• Retain and grow current business through presentations and proactive issue resolution.
• Build a business plan and set goals to achieve target usage in assigned offices.
• Adhere to company policies and perform other duties as requested.
