Nokian Tyres is seeking a Regional Sales Representative to drive replacement market sales for passenger cars and light trucks in a Vermont territory. The role involves traveling to dealers, fleets, and customer locations from a home office, acting as a trusted advisor on Nokian Tyres products and services.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of outside sales experience, strong analytical and presentation skills, and proficiency with CRM tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years outside sales experience, preferably within tire or automotive industry.
• Strong analytical, decision making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent listening, consultation, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients through research and networking.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Present, promote, and sell Nokian Tyres products/services to prospective and existing customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors.
• Engage customers through strong product knowledge and service offerings.
• Utilize CRM tools and market analysis to monitor territory sales by customer.
• Resolve territory- and customer-specific issues and respond to inquiries.
• Uphold Nokian Tyres mission and values in day-to-day actions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
