Job summary

Lympha Press in Chadds Ford, PA is seeking a Therapy Coordinator Regional Administrator to oversee patient cases within assigned regions, ensure timely case acceptance, accurate documentation, and scheduling of visits.

This full-time, on-site role collaborates with internal teams to support order completion, maintain HIPAA compliance, guide home-visit protocols and equipment, and travel as needed. Monday–Friday schedule with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and unlimited PTO.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
• At least 6 months of healthcare-related experience or training; medical device experience is a plus.
• Customer relationship and product education/training experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities; multitasking capable.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Track and resolve patient cases assigned to Therapy Coordinators within regions.
• Ensure timely case acceptance, accurate documentation, and scheduling of visits.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support order completion and compliance.
• Provide guidance on home visit protocols and equipment.
• Travel as needed to support regional and operational needs.
• Maintain HIPAA and company policy compliance.
