Job summary

Lympha Press is seeking a part-time, field-based Therapy Coordinator to perform in-home device deliveries, trials, and patient education across a designated territory. You will engage with patients, assess needs, and ensure proper device use and documentation while maintaining professional communication with internal teams.

The role offers flexible scheduling and direct impact on patient outcomes, with travel to patient homes and coordination with healthcare partners.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to travel to patient homes or healthcare settings for appointments.
• Ability to learn and use company software and handheld technology tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home device deliveries, trials, and patient education.
• Schedule and conduct product demonstrations and explain device usage.
• Size patients properly for correct device fit and comfort.
• Educate patients on compression therapy devices and adherence protocols.
• Explain rental agreements and financial responsibilities to patients and caregivers.
• Respond to patient questions and concerns regarding devices and required documentation.
• Coordinate appointments, set expectations for in-home visits, and organize equipment for education.
• Collaborate with internal teams on order completion and documentation.
• Identify and escalate patient needs to the patient relations team for follow-ups.
