• Monitor hours of service for drivers; maintain regulatory compliance.
• Supervise drivers to achieve incident-free deliveries of every load.
• Lead, manage, evaluate, and develop staff personnel.
• Forecast terminal performance; evaluate performance and take corrective action to meet forecasted expenses.
