Job summary

Hub Group is seeking a Terminal Manager to lead safe operations, improve service quality, and optimize cost performance at the Bloomington terminal. The role oversees drivers, owner-operators, and terminal staff in a fast-paced setting, reporting to the Director of Region Operations.

Responsibilities include developing annual business plans, monitoring key metrics, driving customer relations, and ensuring compliance with DOT rules and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Transportation/Logistics/Business preferred.
• 5–7 years’ experience in transportation management with terminal operations knowledge.
• Knowledge of transportation operations, safety regulations, and maintenance requirements preferred.
• Strong verbal/written/interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead all terminal functions focusing on productivity, service, safety, CSA performance, and costs.
• Develop and implement annual terminal business plan and strategies.
• Conduct monthly reviews of key accountability areas and adjust as needed.
• Lead customer relationships and ensure safety, service, and quality measures are met.
