Job summary

Trane Technologies plc is seeking a Regional Technician Development Partner to lead regional technician development initiatives, roadmap, and program execution. You will collaborate with service leaders, instructors, and recruiting to strengthen the technician talent pipeline and ensure safety, quality, and engagement.

Expect 20–30% regional travel. The role reports to the Regional Service Leader and involves onsite work four days a week with flexible Fridays, aligning with business priorities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with at least 7 years of relevant experience, or bachelor degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the regional technician development roadmap.
• Lead quarterly and year-end reviews with service leadership.
• Coordinate regional delivery of learning programs and onboarding.
• Travel within the region approximately 20-30% to support onsite training.
