Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 7 years relevant experience, or bachelor's degree with 5 years.
• Experience in HVAC service, technical training, workforce development, operations, or program management.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain regional technician development roadmaps and governance.
• Coordinate delivery of apprenticeship, onboarding, and technical training.
• Partner with instructors and field leaders to ensure training readiness and success.
• Travel regionally 20‑30% to support onsite training and workforce outreach.
