Trane Technologies is seeking a Regional Technician Development Partner to drive regional implementation, execution, and improvement of technician learning programs. You will partner with service leaders, program managers, and field instructors to strengthen capabilities and sustain a robust talent pipeline.

The role focuses on roadmap ownership, training delivery, data-driven oversight, and engaging with regional schools and community partners.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED with at least 7 years of relevant experience, or bachelor degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in HVAC service, technical training, workforce development, operations, education, or program management is preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain the regional technician development roadmap with leadership.
• Coordinate regional delivery of learning programs including apprenticeship and training.
• Develop partnerships with schools and workforce organizations to expand the talent pipeline.
• Communicate program schedules, progress, and outcomes to leaders and partners.
• Travel regionally approximately 20-30% to support onsite training and engagement.
