Job summary

Atlas Pressure Control in the United States is seeking a Field Service Training Specialist to build the competency, technical capability, and independence of field service technicians through hands-on instruction, coaching, and continuous reinforcement of safety and quality standards.

You will train on-site with Field Service Managers, accompany technicians on jobs, assess performance, and document progress to ensure technicians can safely install, operate, and service Atlas equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 5 years related experience.
• Experience mentoring technicians in field service.
• Ability to train and communicate safety procedures.
• Proficiency with MS Office for reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop the competency, technical capability, and independence of Atlas field service technicians through hands-on training.
• Attend field service jobs with trainees to provide on-site instruction.
• Assess performance and document progress to ensure safe, reliable operation.
• Maintain records of training activities and adherence to HSSE guidelines.
