Job summary

Bluewater Hayes Inc. is expanding its training capabilities in the Western United States and seeks a Regional Trainer to cover UT, CO, WA, and OR.

You will serve as the technical voice of the brand, delivering hands-on training to contractors, distributors, and manufacturer representatives in a four-state region. The role requires frequent overnight travel and collaboration with product engineering to translate heat pump water heater features into practical field content.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on HVAC/refrigeration experience.
• Background in engineering, technical product support, or product management.
• Experience with indirect sales channels: wholesalers, distributors, OEM partners.
• Willingness to travel overnight frequently across a four-state territory.
• Strong communication skills in technical and non-technical contexts.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on training to contractors, distributors, and manufacturer representatives.
• Support factory startups, field installations, commissioning, and equipment testing as regional technical lead.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during live installations.
• Collaborate with product engineering to develop field-ready training content.
• Collect usability feedback from the field and relay insights to product engineering.
