Job summary

Navien, Inc. seeks a Territory Technical Trainer for the Southwest region to lead training programs covering Navien products, installation, troubleshooting, and service. The role requires engaging technical and sales audiences and coordinating with regional teams to meet objectives.

The ideal candidate brings tankless water heater/boiler experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel extensively, including shows and on-site trainings across the region.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of field experience or related area.
• Strong presentation/public speaking skills and customer service.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and present to groups up to 100+.
• Sales experience is an absolute requirement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead academy and external trainings across the region, from sales to technical topics.
• Develop training objectives and materials, adjust programs as needed.
• Train on safety, installation, programming, maintenance, and repair.
• Understand regional field differences and coordinate with internal teams.
• Document weekly activities and travel schedules; submit reports timely.
• Travel with region staff to trade shows or meetings as required.
• Support after-class sessions and assist attendees in applying learnings.
